Full-Time Position - The Executive Pastor at First Denton is a part of the Pastoral Lead Team. This individual must have the ability to lead and oversee other pastors as well as implement the Senior Pastor’s Vision for the Church. The Fellowship at the Ranch Church is looking for a worship leader. The role of the Worship Leader is to lead and grow the music ministry at Fellowship at the Ranch Church. The Worship Leader will develop a music ministry that is inspiring and energetic, which will encourage the congregation to enter into worship as we glorify God. FATR is located in Robson Ranch, an active adult retirement community in Denton. They are a growing church of approximately 120 members, per 10:30 Sunday Service. The Office Administrator primarily serves the Senior Pastor. This position also serves church elders/Ministry Leaders for tasks on an occasional basis. The Office Administrator has a variety of regular bookkeeping, administrative and receptionist functions to perform. This position will take functional direction from the Office Manager. Hours: The Office Administrator hours will be Monday – Thursday 9am – 2pm, subject to change as needed. (20 hours) Salary: $15.00/hour to be paid on the 15th and the last day of each month. Part-time position - Approximately 15 hrs. per week. Will lead High School & College students. Purpose: To learn and practice all facets of church ministry in a medium sized church. To develop relationships and assist other church leaders with various job functions. To minister to the needs of students and their families in the church; leading them to spiritual commitments and disciplines that will result in spiritual maturity. Character: This person should demonstrate a consistent spiritual and moral lifestyle in harmony with the beliefs of Highland Baptist Church: model Biblical standards in their own personal life (relationships, devotional life, witnessing, studying, praying, tithing, etc., and to see that these are also modeled in their family life) and set a good example in the areas of relationships, commitment, follow-through and responsible living.
