- ABOUT US
The owner of the Cirque Montecarlo, a bi-lingual Hispanic, recently received Jesus as his Lord and Savior. As a follower of Jesus Christ, he has been instrumental in 20 members of his crew coming to Christ and now he wishes to offer his circus as an evangelistic tool.
Cirque Montecarlo was scheduled to open at the North Texas Fairgrounds on Thursday, June 4th. Due to the city still being closed, their hope now is that the permits will be in place for them to open around June 25th.
When they do open, the owner has offered Hispanic Baptist churches the first 2-hour performance free of charge, with the invitation to us of making a 10-minute presentation of the Gospel to the audience at the end of the performance.
Circus personnel will follow all COVID-19 protocols with seating and sanitation during its presentations. The big top tent has a seating capacity for 1,000 spectators but will be limited to the percentage of capacity authorized by the state of Texas at that time.
Pastor Rafael Natividad of Life Fellowship Church will present the Gospel. A team of ushers from his church will control the single entrance to the performance. Circus personnel will coordinate social distancing entrance, seating, and exit. The worship band from Vida Victoriosa Prosper will lead two worship songs before Pastor Rafael speaks. Organizers are preparing a presentation mainly in Spanish for the first show.
This 121-year old European circus began in Florence, Italy. Five generations later, Cavallini Entertainment, LLC has now brought Cirque MonteCarlo to America to bring high-caliber acts and original music together for what they call a true European experience.
Join with us in praying for health, safety, and—most important of all—a clear presentation of the Gospel to family and friends being invited to this event. This is an exciting opportunity for Hispanic Baptists in Denton County.
