The Assistant Children’s Director will work alongside the Director of Preschool and Children to plan, organize, budget, implement, manage, and monitor Preschool and Children’s ministries.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Express evidence of receiving a call to the Preschool and Children’s ministries of the church.
• Possess significant knowledge and skill level to complete all areas of the job.
• Agree with basic historic Baptist beliefs expressed in the most recent edition of the Baptist Faith and Message.
• Exhibit personal conduct in the church and the community that does not reflect poorly on the Lord or the church.
• Model a “servant’ approach to leadership, acknowledging the priesthood of all believers.
• Demonstrate a consistent, growing walk with the Lord through personal Bible study and prayer reflected by a teachable, humble, and submissive spirit.
• Display the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
