Qualifications

– Christian and comply with the constitution and bylaws of The Servant House.

– Spiritually mature, maintaining personal Bible study and prayer.

– A Directorial heart with a burden for youth to know and grow in Christ the Savior.

– Gifts and abilities in the area of Christian education and youth studies.

– Ability to work well with people to foster a cooperative atmosphere to achieve our mission.

– Support the total church program of worship, outreach, fellowship and education.

– Devise and implement programs consistent and complementary to TSH’s mission statement.

– Serve for a minimum of 3 years in the position.

Required Duties

– Provide administrative leadership to your total combined ministry (6^th grade to 12^th grade).

– Serve as a member of the Christian Education Committee to develop church-wide programs.

– Assist the Senior Pastor as required in general duties as deemed by the Pastor.

– Preach as prepared, available, and requested by the Senior Pastor.
